Before, I used a pre-made scrubbing pad, which scratched the bottom of the stainless steel pot. This gel removed the hard burnt residue, but the pot surface remained bright and unscratched. I like this the most.

The baking tray in the oven has a thick layer of burnt oil that cannot be scrubbed for a long time. Pour gel on it, leave it for 15-20 minutes, the burnt oil will soften and I just need to wipe it with a towel. No need to use a razor like before.
